A FOOD WASTE REDUCTION INITIATIVE

WHAT WE DO

Leveraging community connections with groups such as UBC Food Services and AMS Food Services, Seeder receives and repurposes on-campus food waste, serving it on a by-donation basis to those in need. Seeder is currently partnered with UBC Sprouts to integrate this initiative with their pre-existing Community Eats program.

About Us

WHY WE DO IT

Seeder aims to create a tangible environmental and social impact in a simplistic yet effective model. We believe that fostering these close connections with food stakeholders all across campus will allow us to collaboratively and cohesively advance zero waste and food security priorities at UBC in a meaningful and highly consequential way.
