Our Co- Directors

Kabir Dhillon
Kabir is a fourth-year commerce student specializing in Operations and Logistics. On his first project with Impel, Kabir worked with a Vancouver-based not-for-profit that takes a creative approach to empower individuals to move beyond homelessness. Kabir represented Enactus UBC at the 2020 regional symposium and won the Enactus Canada climate change challenge. Beyond class, he is an avid photographer, loves listening to podcasts, and is passionate about all things politics and international relations.
Ramish Hussain
Ramish is a fourth-year commerce student specializing in Finance with a concentration in Sustainability and Social Impact. He is also part of the UBC Residence Housing Association of Ponderosa Commons. Outside school, you’ll find Ramish at restaurants trying-out to new cuisines. He is also an avid Formula 1 racing fan hoping for Ferrari to finally be crowned the constructor’s champion.

Ashley Chana
Ashley is a fourth year student specializing in Accounting with a concentration in Business Law. This is her first year as a Project Consultant and she's excited to utilize her skills to support local organizations. She has prior internship experience in business intelligence and audit. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cafes, bullet journaling, and finding new reads
Connie Ng
Connie is a fourth-year commerce student specializing in Finance and Business Technology Management. Having worked on two projects with Impel, Connie strives to craft new and innovative solutions for her clients. Aside from school, she is a sports enthusiast and loves spending her time outdoors. Practicing for over 10 years now, Connie is a five-time gold medalist in provincial martial arts competitions, including the BC Open Martial Arts Championships.
Tanraj Dhillon
Tanraj is a third-year commerce student specializing in Business and Computer Science. Having worked on three projects with Impel, Tanraj aims to provide creative solutions for his clients while ensuring their business foundations remain well structured. Outside of University, Tanraj is a fitness enthusiast, a software engineer and an aspiring entrepreneur. He loves developing IOS applications and can always find him at local hackathons or personal development events.
Devreet Dulay
Devreet is a fourth-year commerce student specializing in Business Technology Management. She is working on her first project at Impel with a UBC-based sustainability startup. Devreet is also a part of a technology mentorship program where she stays up to date with current trends and innovations. Devreet represented Enactus UBC at the 2020 regional symposium and won the Enactus Canada climate change challenge. Outside of school, she enjoys listening to podcasts and staying active, including going on hikes. She’s a food enthusiast and has tried almost every “cool” food place in Vancouver.
Siane Sahdra
Siane is a second-year student intending to specialize in Marketing. Originally from Toronto, Siane is excited to grow her skill set and develop solutions for local organizations in her first year at Impel Consulting! Siane is also the Associate Vice-President of Student Engagement at UBC Sauder's undergradute society. In her free time, Siane loves to cook new exciting recipes and go on runs with her dog Emma.
Varshita Mulpuri
Varshita is a third year marketing student intending to specialize in Marketing. This is Varshita’s first year as a project consultant, and she looks forward to working closely with clients and applying her skills. Varshita is highly involved in the greater UBC community, and takes a keen interest in event planning for the student body. In her free time, you will find Varshita enjoying the beautiful outdoors and volunteering at BC Children’s hospital initiatives.

Kanwar Grewal
Entering the final year of a finance degree, Kanwar has spent the past year working as a real estate agent and as a realtor's assistant. As an avid reader, Kanwar has led annual book-drives over the past few years to promote reading among youth. In his free time you'll catch Kanwar hiking trails, and watching The Office or some stand-up.
Yu-Lin Lee
Yu-Lin is a third year accounting student, studying sustainability and social impact. Yu-Lin has experience with societal impact focused projects, having worked with the Corporate Responsibility Team at Deloitte Canada. Currently, Yu-Lin is a Teach Assisitant at UBC Sauder's Career Preperation program. Yu-Lin enjoys skiing at Whistler and finding new restaurants in her free time.
Mathew Shen
Matthew is a fourth year International Relations and Master of Management student. This is Matthew's first year with Enactus, working as a Project Consultant with Impel. Matthew also currently works as an advisor for TD Canada Trust. Outside of work, you will find Matthew staying active, reading about the human mind, and hanging out with his dog Blue.
Renee De Souza
Renée is a fourth year Finance and Entrepreneurship student. Renée has been a project consultant with Impel for over a year, working on projects with two different local non-profits. Renée is also a member of UBC's Trading group where she is an analyst. In her free time she likes to cook, bake, and read.
Logistics Manager
Celine Co
Celine is a third-year commerce student specializing in Operations and Logistics. As a multi-faceted student with a passion for service, Celine brings her wide skill set to the table with the logistics team. When she isn't studying or doing club work for YWiB or Impel, Celine spends her time paddling, rain or shine, in the waters beside Science World.
Rachel Aziz
Rachel is a fourth year commerce student specializing in Finance with a concentration in Sustainability and Social Impact. She joined Impel this year as a Logistics Manager and is excited to create a direct impact on her community through Impel's upcoming events and workshops. In her free time, Rachel enjoys being outside (when its sunny), volunteering with local organizations that support food sustainability initiatives, and baking cookies.
